Long time Franklin Township resident, Ken Hansen has been a builder in the Indianapolis area for 30 years. In 1977 he co-founded Hansen & Horn and was with that company for twenty years. Ken then decided he would prefer to build a few custom homes a year, rather than keep up with the pace of several hundred production homes a year. So in August of 2000 he formed a new company, Hansen Custom Homes. 

In the summer of 2002 his son Mark moved to Indianapolis to begin working with Ken. This addition enables each job-site to have even better supervision and attention given to quality. Together, they make a team of reliable, experienced contractors. When you build with us, you work one-on-one with them.
